We will also be recognizing National Children’s Grief Awareness Day and the impact that grief has on children in our community. The purpose of National Children’s Grief Awareness Day (November 19th) is to bring attention to the prevalence of children’s grief and the needs of those children around us who have lost a loved one due to death. Through this, we hope that a greater understanding can be gained by each of us of how to support someone who has suffered such a loss. Learn more about National Children’s Grief Awareness Day here.

Last year, we were honored to have so many people walk with our Kate’s Club community in memory and honor of those we have loved. Read an account from our Grief Awareness Blog about the impact of Memory Walk.

We look forward to celebrating with you and your family at this fun and mission-driven event.
