 honor and support bereaved families

 on their grief journey after a profound loss   

Healing the Family Workshop Registration

Our workshops have proven to be extremely beneficial for the entire family and are open to anyone 18 and older who has been negatively affected by grief after the a of a profound in their family.

 Families are encouraged to attend together

 (Parents, adult siblings, single parents, step parents, grandparents, etc.) 

The time that has passed since your loss is not a factor in the level of benefit you will receive from this program.

The age of your loved one who passed is also not a factor

Cost per Location:   Cost is based on location and cost of site where the workshop is held. All participants are required to stay on site to allow for on time start of each session and meals together as a group and time to share.  (no TV or phone in room at most sites...so come unplug...WiFi is usually available). Rooms are comfortable and clean, but older. Expect motel type room at a retreat center.


$200.00 NON refundable per person deposit 

is required at the time of registration at all sites (see below for details)

Even if you cancel we by contract still have to pay for your room and board


Toccoa, Georgia: $ 300.00 per person + $200 Lodging and meal charge pp (2 nights double occupancy with private bath and 5 meals).

(10% off any additional members in family)


Frankfort, Illinois (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport): $300.00.00 per person + $250.00 lodging and meal charge pp (2 nights double occupancy with private bath and 5 meals)

Sponsor a Workshop in Your Town: Sponsorship price varies depending on location. Contact us if you have at least 12 people interested and we will work with you to make it as economical as possible.


additional locations will be added as our organization grows. 

Your company, church or group can sponsor a workshop to be held in your area, please contact us for info.

Please do not allow cost be a factor in your decision to attend, sponsorship can be found through employers, churches, support groups, we can provide you fundraising tools, credit cards are accepted 

and payment arrangements/plans are available.

Terms - Please read thoroughly!

 . Each family member must fill out a separate registration form. $200 per person non refundable deposit is 
required to hold your reservation.
We have to pay for your room and board even if you cancel last minute.
Total workshop cost is due 15 days before the workshop, unless otherwise agreed upon by Cry For Me,No More.

Please make your deposit first by clicking on the "buy now" button above, then fill out registration form, 

click "yes" agreeing that you paid your deposit and then click "Submit registration".

You are not considered registered until deposit is received. 

One of our Grief Recovery Specialists will be contacting you to discuss the workshop in more detail within a few days of registering. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours of registration, please contact us at

We encourage all immediate family members over the age of 18 to attend.

Men are especially encouraged to attend as they tend to be more hesitant to participate, men of all ages receive great benefits from our program and work with male facilitators for portions of the workshop by design.

If you or anyone you know is reluctant to attend, please let us know 

and one of our facilitators or past participants would be happy to speak to you/them.

All participants will need to arrive on location the Friday of the workshop NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, already having ate dinner. 

The first meal provided onsite is Saturday morning. 

Rooms are retreat/motel style rooms with double and triple occupancy depending on the venue, with private bathroom. If for some reason you require a private room and one is available, you will be responsible for the difference in price.

We ask all participants to agree to abstain from any mind altering substance throughout the weekend workshop

 (alcohol and drugs)

(With the exception of prescription medications prescribed by your physician that you are required to take)

Please bring with you:

other family members, pictures, memorabilia, videos, songs, whatever you would like to use introduce us to your loved one. Please provide any media on a thumb drive at the registration table the night you arrive. 

Media will be returned to you as soon as we download it for easier access later in the workshop.

All media you share will be erased at the end of the weekend and not shared with anyone without your permission

There is a special ceremony held at 1 pm Sunday of the workshop, 

we encourage you to invite all your friends and family to attend
